Serendipitous Dream Inc., formed as a Delaware Charitable Nonstock Exempt Corporation, is a scientific organization as defined by 26 CFR 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(5), and is organized and operated in the public interest, and is a nonprofit research organization defined by 8 CFR 214.2(h)(19)(iii)(C).

Disseminate knowledge through research and creative expression in academic programs to make the world a better place and more prosperous
